Palak aloo/Spinach potato without Oil Diet Recipe

Zero Oil Recipe – Diet Recipe for Weight LOSS

INGREDIENTS-

Palak/Spinach (washed and slashed)- 500 gm

Bubbled potatoes(cut into 4 pieces)- 4

Green bean stew cleaved 2

Garlic slashed 5

Slashed onions-2 (medium)

Tomatoes-2 (medium)

Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp

Red bean stew powder-1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Methods :

Turn on the warmth and put the cooking dish over it, let the container warm.

Include slashed palak or spinach into the container and spread it in skillet.

Add minimal salt to cook the palak and cover the search for gold 5 minutes on medium warmth.

Include slashed green bean stew, cleaved garlic cloves into the palak and cook it for another 2-3 minutes(cover the container).

Include slashed onions, hacked tomatoes and blend it with palak.Cover the skillet and cook it on low warmth for 4-5 minutes.

Include bubbled potatoes and minimal salt and blend it with palak.Cover the skillet and cook it for 1-2 minutes.

Kill the warmth, serve hot with roti, phulka or chapati .
